Cooking isn't art, its common sense

Who said cooking is an art? It is common sense. But do you know that common sense is not so common? Most of the times I feel that cooking is common sense as I can almost replicate the dish that I taste. (Indian dishes for sure). I love cooking and it is one of my favorite pass times. I want to share the recipe for all those dishes I make. Hailing from India my recipes would predominantly be Indian. I will keep adding as and when I get time or try something new and it tastes good.
